As an Applied Cognitive Neuroscientist, I bridge research about the mind and brain to address questions in the fields of education and mental health. Specifically, I explore the link between stress and brain function and how this relationship translates to human well-being. My work aims to answer questions such as: How can people learn more effectively? How do stress and emotions impact our abilities to perform our best? How can we build cognitive resilience?

I answer these questions as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at MIT and as a teaching faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Harvard College.
